Community PartnersCFC subcontracts case management services to the Children’s Home Society (CHS), Family Preservation Society of Florida, Inc. (FPS), and the Girl's and Boy's Town who manage and maintain an average case manager to child ratios of 1:22. Additionally, CFC works in collaboration with area child and family focused organizations and agencies (Network of Providers) to provide the most comprehensive services to the children and families of Palm Beach County.This system enables CFC to manage and oversee all functions and services of the program as well as implement and analyze performance measures to ensure the success of the Community Based Care initiative. Additionally, the prevention and intervention services are outsourced to its network of providers.
